As reported in MindBodyGreen, the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts (MMFA) has partnered with family doctors in Montreal to launch a pilot “museum prescription” program that explores how access to visual art can help patients cope with mental and physical illnesses.
The MMFA has been studying the healing power of art for two decades.
